Socket Weld Elbow & Threaded Elbow — Socket Weld Elbow and Threaded Elbow Fitting is a fitting installed between two lengths of pipe or tubing allowing a change of direction, usually 180°, 90° or 45°. Copper Nickel Elbows are available in short and long radius types. The ends can be machined for screwed or socketed. When the two ends differ in size, it is called a Reducing Elbow or Reducer Elbow.

Socket Weld Tee & Threaded Tee — We supply SocketWeld Tee & Threaded Tee for use in industrial applications. Copper Nickel Tees are used to combine or split a fluid flow. The most common Socket Weld and Threaded Tees have the same inlet and outlet sizes.

Socket Weld Cross & Threaded Cross — Crosses are used as junctions in piping systems. Manufactured as per ASME B16.11 BS3799 dimension standards Copper Nickel crosses are available in all size ranges.

Socket Weld Plug & Threaded Plugs — Plugs are similar to Caps in the application. Some forms of Threaded Plugs supplied by us are Square Head plug, Round Head plug and Hex Head plug.

Socket Weld Couplings & Threaded Couplings — Couplings fitting are used to connects two pipes to each other. Reducing Couplings can be used if the material and size of the pipe differ.

Socket Weld Cap & Threaded Caps — Cap are used to seal the end of the pipe to stop the flow of liquid or gas flowing through the pipe. Similar to plugs, Caps are available as Socket Weld Caps and Threaded Caps.

Socket Weld Union & Threaded Union — Unions Fittings are similar to Couplings. Manufactured as per ASME B16.11, ANSI B16.9, BS 3799 Standards. Socket weld Union and Threaded Unions are available in stock.

Threaded Pipe Nipple Fittings — Threaded Nipples are used to connect two ends of fittings. Pipe Nipples are also known as Barrel Nipples.

70 30 Copper-Nickel Cold Forming and Hot Forming

With good hot and cold working properties, copper nickel alloy responds well to most fabrication processes. Due to properties inherited from Copper, Copper-Nickel alloy is can be easily drawn and spin.

70 30 Copper-Nickel Machining

Copper-nickels can be cut using most conventional cutting processes. Plasma-arc cutting is fast, accurate and economical. Laser and abrasive water jet cutting are also possible The machinability rating of 70 30 copper-nickel alloy is 20%.

70 30 CuNi Welding

Copper Nickel Alloys can be easily joined by soldering, brazing and a variety of welding methods such as gas shielded arc welding, spot welding, coated metal arc welding, butt welding, seam welding, brazing, soldering and oxyacetylene welding processes.

70 30 CuNi Corrosion Resistance

Copper-nickel Alloys have good resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion. They have excellent corrosion resistance against moisture, non-oxidising acids, alkalis and salt solutions, organic acids and to gases such as oxygen, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, sulphur dioxide and carbon dioxide. It is found that the corrosion rates of CuNi alloys are 0.02-0.002mm/year in sea-water.

Material Testing

PMI Testing, Ultrasonic Test, Mechanical Testing, Spectro Tests for Chemical Analysis of the grade, Flaring Test, IGC, etc. are some of the tests conducted at our facility. We welcome stage wise inspection from any of your representative or third party inspection agencies.

Packing and Delivery

The product is wrapped and packed in wooden crates or carton boxes. Our primary goal is to deliver quality products in time, no matter where the client is located.
